At Washington Institute of Dermatologic Laser Surgery, we realize that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to see our patients at their scheduled time. Occasionally, our office falls behind schedule. We ask that you to provide as much advanced notice as possible if you may be running late for an appointment, or if you need to cancel. With this advance notice, the time can be scheduled for another patient.
New Patients
New patients or those who have not filled out their Patient Portal, should arrive 15 minutes early.
Scheduling Your Appointment
It is the policy of the Washington Institute of Dermatologic Laser Surgery to answer medical queries via email or telephone from current patients of the Institute exclusively. Due to the large number of requests and privacy considerations, it is not possible to answer medical questions from non-patients.
